Macallan Rare Cask Highland Single Malt Scotch WhiskyColor: Mahogany. Nose: Opulent, yet soft and slightly meandering, picture an orchestra setting up: quiet vanilla with deep notes, already in tune; raisin bold and booming, though only in spells; chocolate a star performer, but not a standout; a sweet ensemble of apple, lemon and orange, beautifully balanced with a spicy quartet of root ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Then oak conducts, mature and elegant, with patience only time delivers. Palate: The spicy quartet leads, loud and full, unwavering in their performance. Raisin dares to temper - and succeeds!! - but oak takes control; timeless, polished, rich and resonating. Vanilla and chocolate compliment each other in the background Finish: Light citrus zest, yet full and warming.

W&J Graham's Vintage Port 1994A classic growing season produced grapes in quite superb condition. It soon became apparent during the vintage that the wines would be exceptional. This initial assessment has been borne out by their development in bottle; the wines showing Graham's characteristic richness, depth or flavour and concentration. Huge ageing potential. A classic.
W&J Graham's Vintage Port 2011The Symington family is pleased to announce their decision to declare 2011 as a Vintage year. This is only the third Vintage Port declaration for all the Symingtons' Port companies since 2000. The 2011 Vintage Ports are of an exceptional quality and are expected to age superbly over the coming decades. The weather is the decisive factor in creating outstanding wines in the Douro and the strong winter rains in late 2010 were crucial. April and May 2011 were unusually warm and, combined with some rainfall, resulted in a reduction in the overall production of the region. The 2011 Vintage Ports have an exceptional depth of colour and concentration, rarely seen in the Douro and with marked minerality from the schistous Douro soil. The palate has superb balance, with a powerful and rich bitter-chocolate taste, in hand with wild berry fruit, supported by well-structured and schist-edged tannins that will give these wines the traditional longevity for which the great Vintage Ports are so famous.
Angel's Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon WhiskeyWe finish every batch in ruby port wine casks. There's no set time for the process. It's only Angel's Envy when we say it is. The ruby port wine finish adds subtle nuance without ruining the integrity of the bourbon. The end result is a rich, exceptionally smooth and rare bourbon. Sin aside, we work every day to inspire envy, even if it takes a little longer.

Ransom Old Tom GinRansom Old Tom gin begins with a whiskey wort or mash which is the first distillation (wort is the liquid that is ex- tracted from the mashing process of whiskey production as the mash slowly turns starches into sugars). A second distillate of neutral grain spirits is then infused with classic botanicals of juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed, angelica root and cardamom pods. These two spirits join together in a single batch and are distilled for a second time, infusing their character to create a magnificent Old Tom gin that is then aged for several months in oak barrel. After a short period of barrel aging the gin is packaged and bottled and shows off its beautiful light onion skin hue in a clear apothecary style glass bottle.
